Sprouted Nuts + Power Greens Pesto


This recipe makes a double batch of perfect pesto, without the need to spend all your money on pine nuts and basil. Use half for now and put the other half in your freezer for a quick weeknight meal. It goes great with pasta, of course, but can also be used with eggs, in sweet potato burritos or with roasted veggies.
