Uri helped me with objectives like preparing for my World Record Vertical attempt by discussing nutrition plans for both training and the event itself. We discussed types of food, amount of food, timing and more. This all helped me to be the most prepared I could be on the day of my attempt. My overall goal, though, was to gain a better awareness of my healthy and unhealthy eating patterns. Together we celebrated the things I was doing well and worked to adjust the behaviors I was struggling with.
